This bureaucracy thing can be pretty intimidating. Call me paranoid but it's like they knew I was coming. I haven't felt like this since my junior year in High school when I got sent to the principals office for discharging a fire extinguisher in the hallway while skipping out on a mandatory assembly. Oh bother...
